Peter Scargill

Peter Scargill has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Peter has held various leadership roles in different companies. Starting in 1990, they worked at Mitchells & Butlers as Director & General Manager until 2004. From 2004 to 2005, they served as Operations Director at Scottish and Newcastle. Then in 2005, they joined Spirit Group as Operations Director for City Pub. In 2007, they became the COO at Good Food Company/Sultan Group Kuwait, managing franchise US food offers and developing a sushi own brand. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as Director of Retail Operations at ARAMARK. Peter then joined SODEXO (formerly SODEXHO) as a Contract Director from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they held the position of Managing Director at Sodexo Defence Services, responsible for soft service provision to UK forces in Cyprus. Following that, they worked at Sodexo Healthcare as a Divisional Director, responsible for business within the NHS, retail, private hospitals, seniors, and home service. Lastly, in 2019, they took on the role of Regional Sales Director at ToukanLabs and then became the Director of Commercial, Residential, and Campus Services at Exeter University.

Peter Scargill attended Keswick School from 1977 to 1985. Peter pursued a degree in Politics at the University of Leicester from 1986 to 1990.
