Donald Novak

Donald Novak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and academia. Currently serving as Emeritus Partner at The Exetor Group since October 1999, Donald previously held the titles of Managing Partner and Founder. Prior to this role, Donald was the Director of Executive Programs at Lore International from September 1993 to October 1999, where responsibilities included designing and delivering leadership development programs for Fortune 100 companies. Donald's academic career includes a position as Assistant Professor at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, where instruction focused on Communication and Business courses for graduate and undergraduate students from July 1990 to July 1993. Earlier experience includes serving as Dean of the Arlington Management Institute for Arlington County Government from 1988 to 1990. Donald's educational background includes a Ph.D. and an MS in Speech Communication, as well as a Master in Social Work, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, all obtained from prestigious institutions.
