Elizabeth Kurfess

Elizabeth Kurfess currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer and Advisor at Rose Rocket since November 2022. As the Founder and Principal of EHK Consulting since July 2015, Elizabeth focuses on fostering transformational change for teams and individuals through executive coaching, consulting, and facilitation. Elizabeth's expertise encompasses strategic alignment, culture creation, leadership development, and team collaboration for diverse organizations including start-ups and global companies. Previous roles include Executive Coach at Velocity Group and Global Practitioner at The Exetor Group, along with leadership positions at GE, GE Capital, and GE Appliances in marketing and strategy. Elizabeth holds a BA in Composition with minors in Spanish and Communications from DePauw University, an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and education from The University of Queensland and Universidad de Salamanca.
