Currently serving as Software Group Manager at EXFO since June 2011, Carlo has previously held significant positions such as Technical Lead, Scrum Master, and Senior Software Designer. At MedConnex, Carlo established the development environment and transitioned the Beta solution from outsourcing. Carlo also directed research and development at Ortivus Inc., overseeing multiple projects and managing a team of developers. Earlier roles included Team Lead and Senior Software Developer positions at Ortivus Inc., IndustryHub, Lockheed Martin Canada, Canadian National Railways, and Brocourt Data.
