Kamel Souilah

Kamel Souilah is an experienced professional with a strong background in technical support, field engineering, and sales within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as the Fiber Monitoring Ops Global Manager and Technical Leader at EXFO since December 2018, Kamel has a history of effectively managing tech support cases, coordinating with engineering teams, and overseeing system deployments. Prior roles at EXFO included Tech Support Lead for Worldwide and Field Engineer for EMEA, where responsibilities encompassed customer training, technical support, and project management. Kamel also has experience as a Sales Engineer and a Technology Architect, with a foundational background in networking and systems administration from various roles in prior companies, including Cybernetique Technologie and SYSTEMATIX. Kamel holds a degree from Université Laval.
