Michael Fazzio

Michael Fazzio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success management and sales, currently serving as the CSM Director for the Americas at EXFO since April 2013. In this role, Michael leads the customer success management team, enhancing customer satisfaction and aligning offerings with customer outcomes. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Account Executive at Alcatel-Lucent, where responsibilities encompassed direct sales to AT&T and key account management. Earlier roles featured sales engineering at AT&T Network Systems, supporting various technologies, and serving as a Lieutenant in the US Navy, where oversight of naval operations was a primary focus. Michael holds a Master of Arts in History from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
