Shailendra Mishra

Shailendra Mishra has a diverse work experience spanning various companies. Shailendra currently serves as the Head of Strategy at EXFO since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Mphasis where they held the positions of Associate Vice President and Client Partner for the Ardonagh Group, as well as Associate Vice President and Account Delivery Head for Bentley Motors. At Mphasis, they were responsible for IT delivery, infrastructure and application operations, EUC services, IT transformation, and account relationship management.

Before their time at Mphasis, Shailendra worked at Wipro Technologies. Their roles there included Account Delivery Head for BT, where they oversaw a large team and had accountability for profit and loss and sustainable business growth. Shailendra also served as a Program Director for Vodafone-UK, managing programs and providing support for OSS/BSS implementation.

Prior to Wipro, Shailendra held various positions at Tata Consultancy Services and Motorola, where they worked as a Project Manager. Shailendra also worked as a Project Leader at Etisalat and as a Business Analyst.

Overall, Shailendra Mishra has extensive experience in strategy, IT delivery, account management, and program management.

Shailendra Mishra completed their M. Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur in 1998. Prior to that, they obtained their BE degree in Mechanical from the National Institute of Technology Raipur in the years 1991-1995. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in Generative AI from Google (expected to be obtained in 2023) and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft (obtained in 2021).
