Wim te Niet

Wim te Niet has a rich work experience in the telecommunications industry. Wim has held various leadership positions in reputable companies. From 2016 onwards, they served as the Vice President for Europe, Middle East, and Africa at EXFO, leading the team in providing tailored solutions to customers. Before that, they were the Senior Director for the EMEA Networking, Cloud, and Service Provider Group at Citrix from 2014 to 2016. Wim also worked as the Director of EMEA Sales for Networks & Mobility at Equinix in 2013. Additionally, they held the position of Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing for Access Networks at Ericsson-LG from 2009 to 2013, where they built and managed a global sales team. Wim briefly served as the Managing Director for EMEA at LG-Nortel in 2009. Prior to that, they held a variety of positions at Nortel, including Vice President for Central Europe & CEO of Nortel Networks Germany and Vice President for Carrier Networks Benelux & Nordics. Their tenure at Nortel also included a role as Sales Director.

Wim te Niet attended the University of Groningen from 1988 to 1995, where they obtained a M.Sc. degree in Business Administration.
