Fernando Suarez Mauleon

Fernando Suarez Mauleon has a diverse work experience in various industries. Fernando is currently working as the Strategy and Finance Director at Exile Content Studio since December 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Financial Planning Manager at Artha Capital from May 2021 to December 2021.

From July 2019 to May 2021, Fernando worked at CBRE México as the Property Management and Transactions Manager. Fernando'sresponsibilities involved leading a property management team for 27 Class A industrial properties, implementing standardized processes, and upgrading reports to achieve world-class standards.

Before CBRE México, Fernando worked at Macquarie Group from September 2013 to February 2019. During their tenure, they served as the Portfolio Manager & Financial Planning and Analysis, where they supported asset acquisitions, implemented BI software for report automation, and spearheaded operations transitions.

From June 2013 to September 2013, Fernando worked at MIRA as a Manager, supervising sales centers, conducting market studies, and managing marketing campaigns. Prior to that, they were a Portfolio Manager at PGIM Real Estate from June 2011 to June 2013, where they managed relationships, led land reserves and shopping center dispositions programs, and handled fund reporting and investment underwriting.

Fernando began their career as a Controller at sanofi-aventis from June 2010 to June 2011.

Fernando Suarez Mauleon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. Fernando also holds a certification in Fundamentos de la comunicación from LinkedIn, obtained in 2021.
