Lucian Culianu

Lucian Culianu's work experience includes various roles in the information technology sector. Lucian started their career as a Service Engineer at Hydra in 1998 and then moved on to work as the Head of Information Technology at Frans Maas from 2000 to 2002. Lucian continued their career as the Head of Information Technology at ProCredit Bank Romania from 2002 to 2007, and then at Bank of Cyprus Romania from 2007 to 2009. After that, they served as the Head of Information Technology Infrastructure at Patria Credit from 2009 to 2013. Lucian then took on the role of Director of Information Technology at Exim Banca Romaneasca from 2013 to 2018, and eventually became the Director of Information Technology Operations at the same company. In this position, they were responsible for integrating and aligning IT operations, internalizing services, adopting new technology, and ensuring efficient operational support.

Lucian Culianu obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and Electronic Systems for Defence and Security from the Military Technical Academy "Ferdinand I" from 1992 to 1998. Lucian also holds several certifications, including the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, and PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner.
