Steeve Mac has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry in the UK. Steeve started their career in 2016 as a Recruitment Consultant at Technomine, where they recruited and placed healthcare staff. In 2017, they joined Eximious as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, responsible for the full recruitment life cycle. Steeve was later promoted to Acting Team Lead, where they managed a team of 10 people and maintained client relationships. In 2018, they became a Team Lead and in 2019, they were promoted to Team Manager. Steeve then served as an Operations Manager at Eximious from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Steeve is working at Eximious as the Assistant Vice President, leading and overseeing the entire UK Healthcare Operations, mentoring leaders, making key decisions, and implementing business strategies.
