Pattie Zanders is an experienced Realtor with a focus on short sales, foreclosures, and first-time homebuyers in the Metropolitan Washington DC area, including Maryland and Northern Virginia. Since joining Bennett Realty Solutions in October 2017 and Exit Bennett Realty in April 2008, Pattie has demonstrated a strong commitment to meeting clients' real estate goals. With a background in computer technology and several years of concentrated real estate sales experience, Pattie brings valuable expertise to the field. Additionally, Pattie has worked as an IT Specialist at the Fiscal Service and previously at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, along with experience as a Real Estate Investor managing residential property rehabilitations. Pattie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Mathematics from South Carolina State University.
