Marcos Lourinho is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Mobile Development Manager at ExitLag since September 2024, Marcos previously held the position of Head of Engineering at G4 Educação, where strategic leadership was provided to a team of 21 engineers across diverse squads. Key achievements include the development of B2B and B2C educational platforms utilizing AI, significantly enhancing content delivery and personalized training. Marcos has also founded Emperium, a technology consulting startup, and has held various engineering roles in notable companies such as Jambu Tecnologia, Moobi, Kronos, Banco do Brasil, and Cesupa. With a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Cesupa, Marcos has a strong foundation in agile methodologies and has led numerous successful projects across various sectors.
