Previous roles include serving as a Realtor and Director of Agent Services at Keller Williams Realty - Tysons/Vienna from December 2011 to January 2014, where responsibilities included market development and agent support. Ginny also led real estate transactions in Northern Virginia as a Realtor at Ginny Schmidt Northern Virginia Homes from December 2010 to November 2011, and garnered extensive marketing and fundraising experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist at Paralyzed Veterans of America from January 2000 to May 2010.
