Janet Dichiara

Janet DiChiara is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning several decades. Since February 2018, Janet has served as a Real Estate Broker at EXIT Realty Blues City and has been the Broker/Owner of EXIT Select Realty since 2007. Janet has held various roles within the EXIT Realty Corp. International as a franchisee and broker/owner and has contributed significantly to the CWTAR as a board member, executive officer, and president for three years. Janet served as a commissioner for the TN Real Estate Commission from July 2011 to February 2018, overseeing regulatory practices in the real estate industry. Additionally, Janet's real estate career includes roles at Exit Real Estate Professionals and Coldwell Banker Real Estate Now. Janet holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Jackson State Community College.
