Karen Kirn

Karen Kirn is a seasoned professional in the real estate and design industries, currently serving as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at EXIT Realty DTC since July 2020 and as the Owner of Maven Real Estate Staging & Design, LLC since April 2022. Previous roles include Buyer & Visual Merchandiser at Green Dragon and Visual Merchandising Manager at Macy's. Karen also owned Ginger Boutique and held positions as Assistant Buyer and Visual Merchandising Manager at Illuminations. Additionally, experience includes working as a Creative Designer & Product Developer at ILLUME. Karen is furthering education at Kaplan University and the Real Estate Staging Association, with a background in arts from The Alliance of Media Art + Culture and a degree from Santa Rosa Junior College.
