Carole Sullivan

Carole Sullivan is an accomplished Realtor at EXIT Realty of Lubbock since April 2015, specializing in assisting first-time homebuyers and investors in the real estate market. Prior to this role, Carole served as a Supervisor at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas from July 1998 to November 2007, where oversight of a team of 12-16 employees was a key responsibility, alongside employee development through coaching and training.
