Bo Yu, Ph.D, has extensive experience in credit risk analytics and operational strategy across various financial institutions. Currently serving as AVP of Client Engagement at EXL Services Ltd, Bo Yu provides consulting for consumer lending businesses. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Operational Analytics at Hyundai Capital America, where management of auto loan collection and recovery strategies was key, and Director of Consumer Strategy for Citi Banamex, overseeing collection and recovery analytics for multiple consumer portfolios in Mexico. Additional leadership positions include Director of Callcenter Analytics at CURO Financial Technologies Corp and Director of Global Collection Strategy at Dollar Financial Group, with earlier roles at GE Money Bank and Citi focused on collection strategy and risk management. On the strategy and marketing side we tend to work for either blue chip companies (e.g. Diageo) or as an outsourced resource for companies that want to grow their businesses. One of our major specialisations is resort and real estate sales & marketing. Clients include Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland. Work includes strategy, database development, bespoke software provision and marketing implementation. For all our marketing activity for clients, we use Communication Cycle Management© (CCM) - the concept of developing a plan to ensure that the marketing to retain current business and gain new business is going on all the time. It helps minimise the continual need for the management in a company to be always developing new campaigns and having to work on the next marketing project. Our Behavioural Change division specialises in tailor made solutions to improve your people performance or actively correct problems - whether they relate to productivity, customer service, health, safety, or any other performance area which may be causing you concern. Over the last 12 months we have been involved in managing programmes at Siemens, SThree, Rolls Royce and many others.
