Andreas Fibig

Andreas Fibig is an experienced executive in the pharmaceutical and flavors industries, having served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) from September 2014 to March 2022. Prior to this role, Andreas Fibig was the President and Chairman of the Board of Management for Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals in Berlin, responsible for the global pharmaceutical business from September 2008 to July 2014. Earlier in their career, Andreas Fibig held significant positions at Pfizer from 2000 to 2008, including Senior Vice President/General Manager and Regional President for Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East, as well as Country President for Germany. Andreas Fibig began their career at Boehringer Ingelheim, where Andreas worked in sales and marketing from 1984 to 1999.
