Brad Burdick

Brad Burdick is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurance and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Sr Vice President at EXL since October 2011, Burdick oversees Insurance Platform Services, driving P&L, strategy, operations delivery, product development, sales, marketing, account management, and general administration for a $100 million business unit. Previously, Burdick held key leadership positions at The Hartford Insurance Group, including President of Trumbull Services and Vice President roles in Sales & Marketing and Service Operations. Prior experience includes leading Fuller Towne & Country Properties as President and CEO, along with roles at ChannelPoint and PA Consulting Group. Academically, Burdick holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Master's degree in Structural Engineering, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Civil and Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
