Gautam Punj is an accomplished professional with significant experience in the consulting and energy sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at EXL since May 2014, Gautam has progressed through various roles, including Senior Assistant Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and Project Manager in Consulting, as well as Assistant Project Manager in the same domain. Prior to EXL, Gautam gained experience as a Summer Intern at Cairn Oil and Gas, focusing on the strategy formulation and financial viability of renewable energy projects. Earlier in the career, Gautam worked as a Design Engineer at NTPC, collaborating with international suppliers on control system designs and overseeing detailed engineering of ash handling packages. Gautam holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
