Himanshu Bansal

Himanshu Bansal is an experienced analytics professional currently serving as AVP Analytics at EXL since March 2024. Prior to this role, Himanshu held the position of Senior Manager in BI & Data Analytics at Razor Group, contributing to the establishment of a new-age consumer goods conglomerate. Earlier experience includes leading the Insights team at GroundTruth, where Himanshu successfully built the team and developed customer segmentation models that enhanced marketing effectiveness. At PCCI GROUP, Himanshu managed the analytics team, expanded operations in the Middle East and Africa, and improved analytics capabilities for clients. Previous roles at Emirates NBD and Mu Sigma involved significant achievements in reporting automation, dashboard development, and data analysis. Himanshu holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and a PGP in Data Science & Machine Learning from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore.
