Juhi Roy

Juhi Roy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and transition management, currently serving as a Senior Transition Manager at EXL since August 2022. Prior to this role, Juhi held the position of Operations Manager at Sun Life from February 2018 to July 2022, and served as a Manager at Amazon from July 2016 to January 2018. Juhi's career began at GENPACT, where a progression from Management Trainee to Assistant Manager and Senior Team Lead took place from January 2007 to June 2016, along with a role as Business Process Lead in 2007.
