Lucy Zhu is a seasoned executive with a robust background in data analytics and AI, currently serving as SVP of Data Analytics & AI and Growth Strategy at EXL since March 2015. In this role, Lucy shapes strategic initiatives, drives the adoption of emerging technologies, and creates new service lines. Formerly, Lucy led the post-merger integration of RPM Direct into EXL, aligning client goals with innovative marketing analytics. A co-founder of RPM Direct LLC, Lucy transformed the company into a leading direct marketing firm by modernizing services and advancing team capabilities in machine learning. Educational credentials include an Executive Leadership Education degree from The Wharton School and an M.S. in Economics from Louisiana State University.
