Nadia Chilmonik

Nadia Chilmonik is a seasoned Data Science Manager at EXL since February 2022, leading a team to develop data science products for Fortune 500 companies. Previously, Nadia served as a Data Scientist at Gro Intelligence, specializing in anomaly detection and natural language processing, as well as presenting for webinars and developing internal educational resources. Collaborative efforts as Co-Founder of Moon Kid Studios involved leveraging blockchain technology to create mobile applications with NFT marketplaces. Also noteworthy is Nadia's role at Decoded as a researcher and speaker, focusing on blockchain and machine learning technologies for major clients, alongside extensive experience at Thicket Labs working on data science features for various organizations, including Google and YouTube. Earlier career roles include full-stack development at Routeam, choreography and teaching at LFW School of Dance, and tutoring at Reading Partners. Nadia earned a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University and was the valedictorian at Omak High School.
