Rajat Monga

Rajat Monga is an experienced professional with a strong background in the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of the Insurance Growth Office and Strategic Sales at EXL since July 2012, Rajat Monga leads a team that enhances EXL’s global insurance business through data-driven strategies, market research, and collaborative efforts with business leaders. Prior roles at EXL include Chief of Staff to the Head of Insurance and AVP and Deputy Business Finance Lead for the Insurance vertical, where Rajat Monga specialized in pricing, financial planning, and analysis. Previous experience includes positions at HCL Technologies, BMR Advisors Pvt Ltd., and Grant Thornton, with a focus on RFP responses, due diligence reviews, and transaction support. Rajat Monga holds a Chartered Accountancy degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, completed in 2008.
