Sanjeevani is currently a Transformation & Solutioning Manager at EXL Services, where they lead efforts in organizational change. They graduated with a PGDM in General Management from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2023 and previously earned a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Shri Ramswaroop Memorial College of Engineering and Management, Lucknow. With experience as an IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services and a prior role as a Software Developer, Sanjeevani also holds a position as an Executive Member of the Career Development Cell and served as a campus ambassador at XLRI. They began their career with a traineeship focused on Android development at AstralPrise.
