Vishal Chhibbar

Vishal Chhibbar currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Growth and Strategy Officer at EXL, a position held since July 2023, where responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of EXL's long-term strategy amidst a dynamic business landscape. Prior to this, Vishal was the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at Brillio from June 2021 to July 2023, and held several key leadership roles including President and Chief Financial Officer at Epiq, and Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at EXL Service. Additional experience includes significant financial leadership positions at GE Capital across Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Indonesia, and Malaysia, Director of Corporate Finance at Texmaco Group, and various roles in finance and business planning at American Express Bank and Xerox. Vishal holds a CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a CPA from the CPA Australia Program, along with a Bachelor of Commerce from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University.
