Aga Saganowska

Aga Saganowska is an experienced professional in project management and delivery, currently serving as the Head of Delivery at Exlabs since November 2016. Responsibilities include overseeing project delivery across multiple teams, reporting to the CEO, and contributing to the company's product strategy and culture. Aga is also a co-founder of ProductCamp, a leading digital product design conference in Central and Eastern Europe, and co-owner of Ultimo.studio, focusing on business process optimization and usability testing.
