Will Exline has a diverse work experience in the engineering and operations field. Will started their career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Exline, Inc. in 2010, where they gained experience in measuring used components, creating new drawings, and inspecting power cylinders. Will then worked as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at NGML, where they assembled turbo cycles, collected data, and designed mounting structures using SolidWorks.

In 2012, Will returned to CPI - Compressor Products International as a Mechanical Engineering Intern, where they worked extensively with SolidWorks, conducted reverse engineering, and assisted in the design of dynamic valves.

Upon completing their undergraduate studies, Will joined CPI - Compressor Products International as an Application Engineer. In this role, they served as a technical resource, revised the quoting process, and provided on-site training and consultation to customers.

Will'simpressive career progression continued when they returned to Exline, Inc. in 2018 as the Pacific West and Gulf Coast Manager. In this role, they provided leadership to the Operations function, coordinated resources, and ensured customer satisfaction.

Currently, Will holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Exline, Inc. Since 2021, they have been responsible for the commercial business operations and development, manufacturing and repair activities of the company. Will also oversees programs of safety and quality, while actively contributing to the leadership team.

Will Exline attended Kansas State University from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
