Oliver Klaćik

Oliver Klaćik is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and competence development across various companies. Since June 2011, Oliver has held multiple roles at EXLRT, including Line Manager and Senior Software Engineer Team Lead, focusing on the development and maintenance of web-based and Windows-based projects. Oliver has also played a key role in building ADAM competence and training junior developers. Prior experience includes serving as ADAM Competence Lead at Tahzoo and HintTech, as well as a Senior Software Engineer at both companies, and maintaining ERP solutions at Europos a.d.
