Tanek Amin

Tanek Amin is currently the head of corporate development at EXMceuticals. Prior to this, they were with Sussex Research Limited, Horticultural Innovation Holdings Limited, and Malawi Mangoes Limited. Tanek also spent two years as a vice president at Jefferies & Company, where they worked on M&A, corporate finance, restructuring, and recapitalization. Before that, they were a vice president at Merrill Lynch, where they executed over $20bn in M&A transactions and associated equity and debt financings for various companies across a wide range of industries. Tanek began their career as an analyst at Calyon and then The World Bank.

Tanek Amin received their MBA in finance and accounting from The Wharton School and their AB in economics from the University of Michigan.
