Randy Bauwens

Randy Bauwens is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management, currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Exmoor Country Club since March 2017. Prior to this role, Randy held the position of Assistant General Manager at Bohemian Club from April 2009 to January 2017, overseeing a comprehensive food and beverage operation, facilities maintenance, and a large seasonal workforce. Randy's expertise includes managing high-capacity dining facilities, executing numerous club events, and mentoring interns in the private club sector. Earlier career milestones include serving as Beverage Manager at Bohemian Club, where Randy significantly improved budget performance, and as Kitchen Manager at Hickory Park Restaurant, leading a large team and enhancing menu offerings. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Restaurant Institute Management from Iowa State University.
