Anderson Lee

Anderson Lee has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Anderson began their career as an intern at Getronics, where they assisted with technical problems related to software and hardware. From there, they joined PulseSync Pte Ltd as a Junior Software Developer, where they worked on project development and database migration.

In 2014, Anderson joined Groupon Malaysia as a Customer Service Manager, handling customer issues and communicating with partner management. Simultaneously, they joined Brightside Co as an Operations Team Lead, where they handled call center staff inquiries/issues and assigned online warranty claims.

After their tenure at these two companies, Anderson moved on to Exness in 2018, starting as a Payment Operation Specialist. In this role, they served as the main point of contact for Payment Service Providers and Customer Support. Anderson then progressed to Shift Lead, being responsible for credit and debit of funds, including internal payments and wire transfers. Currently, Anderson works as an Operations Team Lead at Exness, where they lead the team and ensures smooth operations.

Overall, Anderson has gained expertise in various areas, such as customer service management, software development, operations management, and team leadership throughout their career.

Anderson Lee completed their education at Sunway University, where they earned a Bachelor of Computer Science degree in Computer Software Technology/Technician from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Pandan Mewah from 2004 to 2009, obtaining their SPM degree in Pure Science. In addition to their formal education, Anderson Lee also obtained certifications in the field of finance. Anderson became a Certified International Payment Specialist Professional through MVL Consulting Private Limited in December 2019, and achieved the PCEIA General Insurance certification from The Malaysian Insurance Institute in November 2016.
