Ira Kraeva

Ira Kraeva has extensive experience in the field of business system analysis. Ira started their career as a QA Engineer at Diasoft in 2011 and then moved on to Sberbank-Technology, where they held multiple roles including QA Engineer, Senior Business System Analyst, and Product Owner. During their time at Sberbank-Technology, Ira successfully launched new services, conducted requirements engineering, and designed user-friendly interfaces. In 2018, they joined Positive Technologies as a Senior Business System Analyst, where they conducted requirements analysis and managed a team of analysts. After that, in 2021, Ira joined L2U as a Senior Business System Analyst, where they improved organizational processes and developed comprehensive technical documentation. Currently, they are working at Exness as a Senior Business System Analyst, where they collect requirements and prepares technical specifications to meet business needs.

Ira Kraeva obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physical Engineering from Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU) from 2007 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering at Novosibirsk State University (NSU), completing it from 2019 to 2021.
