Medo Shekew

Medo Shekew has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Medo began their career as a Document Controller at James Cubitt & Partners Ltd., where they managed all commercial and technical documents for the company. Medo then transitioned to the role of IT Administrator, providing technical support and managing software and hardware systems.

Following this, Medo worked as a Field Operations Coordinator at hunter international market research, where they communicated with clients, oversaw project progress, and identified and solved project problems. Medo then joined their own business as a bilingual Arabic/English translator and interpreter, performing various translation and interpretation duties.

Medo later worked at James Cubitt & Partners Ltd. again, but this time as a Project Coordinator. In this role, they organized stakeholder meetings, maintained project plans and schedules, and ensured adherence to project frameworks and documentation.

Afterwards, Medo joined Intcons Consultants Group as a Project Coordinator - Data Research/Analyst. Medo communicated with clients, managed projects, conducted data research and analysis, and prepared reports.

In 2021, Medo joined Owens OnLine LLC as a bilingual verification specialist, where they contacted businesses to obtain information about individuals and verified the information supplied.

Currently, Medo is working at Exness as a Customer Support Executive in MEA/MENA. Medo processes client requests, solves issues through various communication channels, updates clients on request status, and escalates issues when necessary.
