Nina Ashukhina

Nina Ashukhina has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nina started their career at Bausch + Lomb in 2010, where they served as a Receptionist/Personal Assistant. In 2011, they joined Abbott Laboratories as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Nina then moved to Johnson & Johnson in 2013, where they initially worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner for Russia & CIS before transitioning to the role of HR Business Partner in 2016. After spending nearly four years at Johnson & Johnson, Nina joined OZON.ru in 2020 as an HR Business Partner. Currently, they are working at Exness as an HR Business Partner, a position they have held since April 2022.

Nina Ashukhina obtained a Master's degree in Marketing & Sales from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics from the years 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Management from the French-Russian Institute of Business Administration between 2006 and 2010. In addition, they have earned several certifications such as Developing Assertive Leadership from LinkedIn in September 2022, Diplôme de français professionnel from the Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Paris in July 2010, and a Business English Certificate from the University of Cambridge in May 2010.
