Lydia Pinard-Labarre

Lydia Pinard-Labarre, CRHA, currently serves as a Conseillère relations de travail at Exo-s since September 2023. Previous experience includes a role as Directrice des ressources humaines and Conseillère en ressources humaines at TLD from October 2020 to September 2023, and as Coordonnatrice ressources humaines at Métosak from February 2020 to October 2020. Lydia also worked as Conseillère en ressources humaines at AFT-Global from May 2019 to February 2020, and gained initial experience as a stagiaire en gestion du talent et développement organisationnel at BRP during two separate internships from January to April 2018 and September to December 2018. Lydia holds a Diplôme d'études supérieures spécialisées in Prévention et règlement des différends from Université de Sherbrooke, where studies were completed from September 2020 to December 2023, and a Baccalauréat in Gestion des ressources humaines from the same institution, completed in December 2019.
