Robert F

Robert F. has extensive experience in facilities and operations management across various biotechnology and healthcare companies. Robert is currently the Senior Director of Facilities & Operations at Exo Therapeutics, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Robert worked at Sarepta Therapeutics, Inc., where they served as the Senior Director, Global Head of Real Estate & Planning from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they played a key role in the company's growth, overseeing lease execution for facility expansions.

Robert also has a long history with Sarepta Therapeutics, where they held multiple positions from 2013 to 2022. This includes roles such as the Senior Director of Facilities and Capitol Assets, Director of Facilities, and Facilities Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for real estate planning, space utilization, facility management, and security at various US locations.

Before joining Sarepta Therapeutics, Robert worked at A.J.B. Lab Consultants Inc. as a Facility Manager and Senior Project Manager from 2010 to 2013. Robert provided on-site services for facility operations and laboratory management, as well as guidance and facilities programming for biotechnology companies.

Prior to that, Robert held the position of Director of Operations/Facility Manager at Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Inc. from 2007 to 2010. In this role, they managed building systems, supervised laboratory services, and administered health and safety programs.

Earlier in their career, Robert worked at Bayer HealthCare as a Facility Manager & General Engineering Supervisor from 1999 to 2007. Robert also gained experience as a Facility Manager at OSI Pharmaceuticals from 1991 to 1999, a Laboratory Manager at Applied bioTechnology Inc. from 1986 to 1991, and an Animal Colony Manager at Johnson & Johnson, Cambridge Research Laboratory from 1984 to 1986.

Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated expertise in real estate planning, space utilization, project management, and facility operations. Robert'scontributions have enabled the growth and expansion of companies, ensuring their ability to deliver life-saving treatments to patients in need.

Robert F. attended Delaware Valley College of Science & Agriculture from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science. During their time at the college, Robert also pursued an Associate Discipline in Laboratory Animal Science from 1982 to 1984.

In terms of additional certifications, Robert obtained a Waste Water Treatment Plant Operator certification from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in November 2008. Robert also holds an Industrial Hygiene Certification from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health Center for Executive and Continuing Professional Education, which they obtained in June 1991. Furthermore, Robert holds a Maintenance Management Professional (PMM) certification from the Clemson University Industrial Engineering program, which they obtained in June 1988.
