Swetha Kotichintala

Swetha Kotichintala is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in safety and reliability, as well as business development in the aerospace and subsea sectors. Currently serving as a Safety and Reliability Engineer at Rolls-Royce since December 2021, Swetha also co-founded Exobotics UK Ltd, focusing on business development and sales. Previous roles include Product Safety Leader for Future Programmes at SPB CORPORATION LIMITED and Baker Hughes, and Product Safety and Export Control (Technology) Lead at GE, where responsibilities spanned subsea production systems and technical regulations. Swetha began a career at FMC Technologies in various engineering and managerial roles and contributed as a Student Scientist at ISRO Satellite Centre, where involvement in the STUDSAT project led to the successful launch of India's first pico satellite. Swetha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
