Christian Agne has over two decades of experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as the Global Human Resources Manager at exocad since December 2018, Christian is responsible for strategic HR leadership across more than 25 countries and approximately 270 employees, focusing on scalability, talent management, and collaboration with senior management. Prior to exocad, Christian held roles including CMO and HR at FLG Automation AG, where responsibilities encompassed HR, marketing, and special projects, and project management positions at Wirtschaftsförderung Wetterau GmbH, Stadt Neuss, and Schnell & Partner GmbH. Christian holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management and a Diplom in Geography from the University of Bayreuth, along with additional certification in Personnel Consulting and Placement.
