Director International Relationships (Consultant) at Exodus Intelligence

Thomas Creedon has extensive work experience in the technology and security fields. Thomas began their career in 2000 as Lead Engineer at Appgenesys.com, where they were responsible for tuning and validation of web architectures for Global2000 companies. In 2001, they took on a role as Law Enforcement Agencies Tech Leadership at High Performance Technologies Inc (HPTi). From 2003 to 2005, they were Director at Armedia, where they led the company's new federal practice area in the Washington DC area and developed and managed their 21 CFR 11 regulatory compliance practice. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Security Policy Consultant to the Transportation Security Agency (TSA) at KCG. In 2010, they became Lead East Asian Cyber Threat Intelligence Researcher at Verisign / iDefense, where they were responsible for short- and long-term collection of threat intelligence of threats emanating from and occurring in East Asia, Turkey, and Russia. From 2016 to 2018, they were Vice President - Cyber Threat Intelligence at Stroz Friedberg, an Aon company, where they headed the Aon Stroz Friedberg Cyber Threat Intelligence team and was responsible for collecting and evaluating indicators of compromise (IOCs), malware samples, and collaboration with other teams to develop threat actor profiles, attribution assessments, and the design of novel intelligence products and services. From 2018 to 2020, they were Senior Managing Director - Asia Pacific at LookingGlass Cyber Solutions, Inc. and, since 2020, they have been Director International Relationships (Consultant) at Exodus Intelligence. Additionally, Thomas Creedon founded Burnglint in 2016, where they serve as Chief Research Officer.

Thomas Creedon attended the Defense Language Institute from 1987 to 1988, studying Russian. From 1992 to 1996, they attended Hawaii Pacific University, studying Computer Science. Thomas also obtained a CM degree from the National Security Agency National Cryptologic School in 1992, focusing on Cryptology. In March 2006, they obtained a CISSP certification from ISC2.
