Kenneth Sharpless P.e., F.sei, F.asce

Kenneth Sharpless, P.E., F.SEI, F.ASCE has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kenneth is currently serving as the Vice President at Exo since February 2022. Previously, they held the position of Director of Utility Sales at the same company from April 2021 to March 2022.

Prior to their role at Exo, Kenneth was the Vice President of Marketing & Product Development at Arcosa Inc. from February 2020 to April 2021. Before that, they worked at TAPP, inc. as the Vice President of Engineering from July 2017 to February 2020.

Kenneth also gained valuable experience as the Director of Business Development at ASEC Inc. from May 2015 to July 2017.

Early in their career, Kenneth served as the Director of International Supply Chain & EPC Market Development at Valmont Industries from 2010 to May 2015. Before that, they held the position of General Manager at the same company from 1995 to 2010.

Kenneth started their career at Austin Energy as a Transmission Engineer & Project Manager, where they worked from 1985 to 1995.

Kenneth Sharpless, P.E., F.SEI, F.ASCE completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin from 1982 to 1986. Later, in 2018 to 2019, they attended Harvard Business School and completed the General Management Program, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General.
