Neta Kliman

Neta Kliman is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various HR leadership roles. Currently, Neta serves as the Head of Human Resources at Exon since May 2023. Prior to this, Neta held positions including Director of HR and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Lawgeex from January 2020 to January 2023. Neta's earlier experience includes serving as HRBP and Talent Acquisition Manager at Aitech from January 2017 to January 2020 and Head of Talent Acquisition at Clalit Health Services from January 2011 to January 2016, overseeing talent acquisition for 4,500 employees. Neta holds both an M.A. in labor studies and a B.A. in Sociology, Anthropology, and Political Studies from Tel Aviv University.
