Patrik Kullman

Patrik Kullman has extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Starting in 2000 at AstraZeneca, they worked as a Systemtechnician for a short period. Patrik then joined Netsafe International, where they served as a System Engineer, specializing in network and system administration.

In 2003, Kullman founded their own company, Netzorz AB, where they held multiple roles, including CEO, Board Member, and Business Developer. Patrik focused on developing the company's business plan, expanding its services from basic network administration to advanced IT infrastructure and application development. Patrik was also responsible for sales, marketing, and recruitment.

In 2014, Kullman began their journey at ICA Gruppen, primarily within ICA Sverige. During their tenure, they delivered three major projects aimed at automating large transaction flows using the platform Cosmoz. Patrik held various roles within project management, external steering groups, tactical forums, and strategic forums for the supplier. Patrik also participated in committees related to data quality, process stability, and agile methodologies.

Kullman joined Neovici in 2009 and served as a Board Member until 2021. Patrik also held roles such as CTO, Development Manager, Frontend Team Leader, and Solution Architect. Patrik was responsible for the technical platform and technical choices, ensuring alignment with market needs and strategic decisions. Patrik also managed development budgets, resource allocation, and recruitment.

Kullman's recent experience includes their position as CTO at Exopen, starting in 2021, and as an Angel Investor at Ento Living and Custodi Sverige AB, starting in 2021 and 2020, respectively.

Throughout their career, Kullman has demonstrated expertise in areas such as cloud-native development, software architecture and design, P2P and O2C processes, automation, system integration, and project management.
