Paul Haynes has extensive work experience in the aviation and technology sectors. Paul began their career at British Midland International in 1999, where they held various roles including Crew Duty Records Officer, Operations Hotel Officer, Crew Scheduler, Crew Controller, and Crewing Supervisor. In these positions, they were responsible for rostering and monitoring all Cabin Crew & Flight Deck training requirements, supervising Crew Control, ensuring all flights were properly crewed, and running staff training on the airline's FTL scheme and Crew Management Software.

In 2013, Paul joined Exostar as a Client Services Collaboration Consultant. Their role involved assisting clients in configuration, testing/deployment, and user training in MS SharePoint, PKI based SecureEmail, and Web Conferencing services. Paul provided consultancy services to the Aerospace & Defense sector and worked closely with customers, end-users, software engineering and quality assurance teams, project managers, and product managers to ensure successful delivery to Site Administrators of Exostar's client base.

Paul Haynes attended University College Scarborough from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leisure and Tourism Management.
