Arnaud Dugardin

Arnaud Dugardin has extensive work experience in various finance and controlling roles. Arnaud currently serves as the Head of Financial Performance at Exotec since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at McCain Foods, where they held several positions including Commercial Controlling Director for Continental Europe & Middle East, Finance Manager for Food Service & Quick Service Restaurants in the same region, and Finance Manager for Retail in Continental Europe.

Before joining McCain Foods, Arnaud worked at Cereal Partners Worldwide as a Plant Finance Manager from July 2013 to November 2014. Arnaud also gained experience at Nestle Belgilux, where they worked as a Business Controller from September 2010 to June 2013. In addition, they served as a Demand & Supply Planner from June 2007 to September 2010 and as a Demand Planner from December 2006 to June 2007.

Arnaud's earlier experience includes a role as a Project Engineer at L'Oréal in 2005.

Arnaud Dugardin received a Master's degree in Engineering from Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers in 2006. In 2017, they obtained an Executive MBA from EDHEC Business School.
