Race Kangas

Race Kangas serves as the Deployment Director for North America at Exotec since March 2023. Previously, Race held the role of Manager at North Highland from July 2022 to March 2023, focusing on transformative supply chain initiatives. As the Director of Customer Success at CognitOps from August 2020 to July 2022, Race was instrumental in supporting early-stage client growth. Prior experience includes serving as Program Director at Fortna, overseeing large-scale warehouse automation projects across several continents. Race's earlier roles at Manhattan Associates involved labor management consulting, while initial experience included a Change Management Intern position at Northrop Grumman and working as an Assistant Project Engineer at Smithfield Foods. Race holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.
