Vivek Jathanna

Vivek Jathanna currently serves as Vice President of New Initiatives at Exotel, focusing on CPaaS, CCaaS, VOIP, and product development since June 2022. Prior to this role, Vivek Jathanna was involved with Jio in Enterprise Business Solutions from April 2017 to June 2022, where responsibilities included designing scalable ICT solutions across various technologies. Previous positions include Director at Ethino Softcommerce Private Limited, Deputy General Manager at Tata Teleservices Ltd—managing a revenue portfolio exceeding INR 1200 Crore and overseeing new product development and network planning—Engineer at Glow Networks, and Engineer at Patriot Automation Projects Pvt Ltd, where ISP operations were established in Hyderabad.
