Product Development Team Leader at Exotrail

Maxime Montès has worked in various engineering roles since 2013. In 2013, they began working as a Technicien Électronique at Rockwell Collins, where they were responsible for managing the team's laboratories, repairing equipment autonomously, and understanding and analyzing electrical schematics. In 2015, they began an Apprenti Ingénieur role at Expleo Group. In 2017, they completed a Researcher Internship at the French South African Institute of Technology (F'SATI), where they developed a Software Defined Radio for ZA-CUBE2 and implemented a modulation/demodulation block in GNU Radio, as well as a BPSK modulation on a USRP 2920 station. In 2018, they began working at Exotrail as a Product Development Team Leader and Lead System Engineer, as well as a Space Electronics Engineer. In this role, they are in charge of Exotrail's electric propulsion system development and leads a team of 8 engineers, overseeing cohesion between all ExoMG subsystems from prototypes to qualified products.

Maxime Montès received their Diplôme d'ingénieur from CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs in 2018, specializing in Systèmes Electriques et Electroniques Embarqués. Prior to that, they earned a BTS Systèmes Electroniques from CFAIMP Beauzelle in 2015, with a focus on Electronique numérique et analogique.
